It's a Cold and Rainy day

I am soo ready for spring. It is cold and rainy here today.........again. It would be so nice to go outside and not be wet and cold. I think I would feel better, have a better attitude and just be happier. Of course this summer, it will be soo nice to have everything blooming and green.
